'Rape tag' upsets Minn. parents An alarming game called "rape tag," played during recess at a Minnesota elementary school, sparked a chain of complaints from parents, officials say.

Parents first alerted Washington Elementary principal Bill Sprung in New Ulm their children were playing "rape tag" -- a game described as similar to freeze tag, except it involves "hip thrusts" to unfreeze a player -- on Jan. 9, The (New Ulm) Journal reported.
Sprung said the parents of 15 to 20 fifth grade students involved in the game called the school.
The principal said he immediately notified fifth grade teachers who quickly addressed the matter with their classes. Sprung also notified recess supervisors.
Sprung said employees have since closely monitored students and that no recurrences of the game have been reported.
Then, last Thursday and Friday, Sprung said he received several phone calls from parents wanting to know what happened. Sprung responded by sending a letter home with students Monday.
The administration's actions were "more than adequate in terms of exterminating the game," he said.
Sprung said he didn't notify parents earlier because the incident involved a small portion of the school and was dealt with quickly.
However, since the letter was sent out, Sprung said he has been contacted by 15 to 20 parents, upset by the fact they now need to talk about sexually explicit issues such as rape with unaware children.
Deu 22:25   But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die

Deu 22:26     But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; [there is] in the damsel no sin [worthy] of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so [is] this matter:

Deu 22:27   For he found her in the field, [and] the betrothed damsel cried, and [there was] none to save her.
