US Budget Control Act

Sequestration (law) - the seizure of property for creditors or the state
Jury sequestration - the isolation of a jury Bankruptcy, in Scottish law.

Budget sequestration - U.S. legal procedure in which automatic spending cuts are triggered.

The Sequester (2013) - automatic spending cuts to the U.S. federal budget beginning in 2013.

For the past few weeks the mainstream news in America has been focused on the start of the US Budget Sequestration. Signed into law by President Barack Obama back in August 2011, the Budget Control Act, which took effect March 1 will cut $85 billion in federal budget funding in each of the next eight fiscal years. Political analysts speculated that this act was a bluff on the part of the President to force republicans to accept the democratic proposed budget plan. In light of facing sequestration and possible government shutdown, the presidents bluff was called and now all Americans are faced with the reality of these budget cuts.

While certain social programs like food stamps, Medicare, and Medicaid are pledged to be unaffected, what do these budget cuts mean for blacks, Latinos, and Native American Indians? With State unemployment budgets being slashed, public school budgets being sucked dry, and government worker layoffs looming, can our people seriously expect to be protected? How will we fare when there are less jobs, limited government assistance, with rising prices on food, clothing, and shelter?


Isaiah 31:1 - Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the Lord.

The Most High warned of destruction to those that put their trust and hope in Egypt. Our people relied on help from Egypt in troubling times because of Egypt's military strength, power, and wealth. Trusting in Egypt stopped us from seeking the Most High and looking to his ways for help in our times of need.

Destruction is coming to the children of Israel that have trusted in America for help. America today is what Egypt was in the past; a vastly wealthy, military super power, with seemingly endless resources. Blacks, Hispanics, and Native American Indians have not sought out the Most High in our times of need. Instead of turning back to the Most High, and following the instructions of our power, we have marched, protested, and begged for the help of our oppressors.


Isaiah 31:3 - Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; and their horses flesh, and not spirit. When the Lord shall stretch out his hand, both he that helpeth shall fall, and he that is holpen shall fall down, and they all shall fail together.

The Egyptians were men and not the Most High. Their military was made of flesh and not spirit. When the Most High stretched his hand out against Egypt, it was destroyed, along with its inhabitants. Both those that were responsible for providing help, and those who needed help fell together when the Most High was against them.

The American government is made of men, they are not the Most High. The military, police, and security forces are made of flesh and not spirit. Caught up in the hype of Barack Obama, and the lies of our religious leaders and politicians, our people have forgotten about the power of the Most High. The Most High's arm is stretched out against America, and the help that we have relied upon is drying up. There is no hope for us trusting in America any longer. The government responsible for helping the people, and the people themselves will fall together.


Isaiah 56:10 - His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. [11] Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.

The leaders of the children of Israel today are blind; they are ignorant to the fact that America is falling. Like a dumb dog that cannot bark, our leaders are asleep in the position of authority, they are weak, and love to do nothing. Christianity and worshipping the white man has made them greedy like an animal that is never satisfied, they are leaders that don't understand how to lead. All they are concerned about is filling their own belly and providing for themselves.

The so called leaders of Blacks, Hispanics, and Native American Indians are responsible for us not being aware of the dire situation that we as a people are in. They are too busy satisfying themselves, and enjoying all the lust and wickedness that America provides to even see the destruction that is at hand. While we die in the streets, and suffer through poverty in the ghetto, they live lavishly and enjoy riches. Their heads are so far up the white man's behind that they cannot see that we are about to be cut off. Like a dog that doesn't bark at an intruder, our so called leaders are too dumb to understand the hell that we are about to be in because of the trust they have in America.

Micah 3:11 - The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the Lord , and say, Is not the Lord among us? none evil can come upon us.

The Christian church, and the Muslim mosque have become big business in America. The religious leadership amongst our people only care about getting paid. Their pay determines what judgments they pass, what they teach, and what outlook they give for the future. Even though they serve money and not the Most High; these wicked leaders lean upon the Most High, and think that no evil will come upon them.

The love of money has caused our leaders to turn us against the Most High. The Christian church has become a multi-billion dollar industry, established on telling Blacks, Hispanics and Native Indians what they want to hear. That's why the church supports abortion, child support, homosexuality, and teaches that the law is done away with; while the mosque teaches black men that it's ok to sell crack.

These leaders have learned from the devil how to profit from the manipulation of the common person. Now that the money is going to start drying up, hard times are coming for the church goer and the pastor. Though they may seem harmless and god fearing today, the true character of those in the Christian church will be revealed as times get worse.

Ezekiel 34:2 - Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks?

The Most High told his servants, the prophets, to speak against the leaders of Israel. The Most High wants these wicked leaders to know that destruction is coming to the those feed themselves and allow the people to starve and be unfed.

Destruction is coming to Black, Hispanic, and Native Indian leadership because of their greed. For the past four hundred years as slaves and lower class citizens in America, our people have learned how to struggle and survive. Poverty, and unemployment is unfortunately nothing new for us. Those who will suffer the most from sequestration budget cuts are the rich amongst us, who have the most to loose.

As the rich fall and are destroyed, the mental and spiritual stranglehold that these wicked leaders have on our nation will weaken. The more the white man shows how expendable we are, the children of Israel will turn to the Most High. While America falls, the truth will rise, as brothers and sisters seek to please and serve the Most High and Christ. In the ISUPK, money is not an issue. Through brotherhood and righteousness as taught by Christ, we band together and ensure that no brother or sister goes hungry, homeless or unclothed.

The ISUPK under Commanding General Yahanna is the refuge for all Israelites seeking to escape hell in these last days. As Christ and his earliest disciples did, the priests and prophets of the Most High and Christ today not only teach Israelites the truth of their identity, but also ensure that everyone in the body of Christ is cared for. Spiritually and mentally through our classes and counseling program; physically through the support system for men in the work of the Most High and families in the truth.

In the ISUPK, the US budget sequestration isn't a concern. Since the 60's we've prophesied and prepared for the fall of America. We put our trust in the Most High and our faith is in Christ. What this means is that while we serve the Most High and keep his laws, statutes, and commandments, we pray to the Most High, in the name of Christ that our enemies fall weak so that we can rise and bring about the return of Christ our king. We see our prayers being answered everyday and as America and the rich wicked leaders of our people fall, we know that the Most High will be with us.
