Syracuse, NY - A local woman who was shot four times by her husband
after an argument over text messages will be featured on the television show
"Who the (Bleep) Did I Marry?" on the Investigation Discovery
channel.
Crews just wrapped up filming in Syracuse, according to associate
producer Brigette Proctor, and an air date hasn't yet been announced.
The episode will focus on Lisa Torrence, who was nearly killed by her
husband Cecil Torrence, 37, in March of 2010.
Cecile Torrence III was sentenced to 18 years in prison for shooting
his wife. He turned in court to apologize to his family after he pleaded guilty
to attempted murder.

Cecil Torrence is currently in prison, serving an 18 year sentence for
the attempted murder of his wife.
Prosecutors said that Cecil Torrence believed his wife was having an
affair and opened fire on her while she was in the bathtub. After she was shot,
Lisa Torrence crawled out of her house and collapsed in a snow bank, where she
was found by neighbors. She recovered after three days in a hospital intensive
care unit.
"To the outside world we had it all," Lisa Torrence said at a
speaking engagement in 2011. "Only I and my closest friends knew the
horrible abuse I was suffering behind closed doors."
Soon, Lisa Torrence's story will be made known on a national level.
Deu 28:56 The tender and
delicate woman among you, which would not adventure to set the sole of her foot
upon the ground for delicateness and tenderness, her eye shall be evil toward
the husband of her bosom, and toward her son, and toward her daughter,
Ecclesiasticus 25:24 Of the woman came the beginning of sin, and
through her we all die.
Ecclesiasticus 25:25 Give the water no passage; neither a wicked woman
liberty to gad abroad
Ecclesiasticus 25:26 If she go not as thou wouldest have her, cut her
off from thy flesh, and give her a bill of divorce, and let her go
Ecclesiasticus 25:23 A wicked woman abateth the courage, maketh an
heavy countenance and a wounded heart: a woman that will not comfort her
husband in distress maketh weak hands and feeble knees
