[UPDATE] Lawyer Of Passenger Who Allegedly Slapped Baby Says She’s Getting Hate Mail

 Marcia Shein, the lawyer representing the Delta Airlines passenger who is accused of slapping a Black baby and calling him n*gger, says she is receiving hate mail, according to the Daily Mail. Shein’s client, Joe Rickey Hundley, is pleading not guilty to the federal assault charge he is facing in connection to the allegation. Shein says the public should not rush to judgement, as there is more to the story that many are not aware of.

“It’s a process you have to go through but when you tell the public that, they just think you’re nuts,” she said. “He is not a racist,’ she added of her client. ‘I’m going to make that real clear because that’s what people are suggesting.

“There’s background information people don’t know about, and in time it will come out.”

“I’m sorry the family is upset,” the attorney added. “I can understand why they would be.”

But defending Hundley may be an uphill battle. According to the attorney representing the family, multiple witnesses say they saw Hundley racially abuse the child and hit him. One of those witnesses is reportedly a federal air marshal.

MINNEAPOLIS —A man charged with slapping a toddler on a Minneapolis-to-Atlanta flight is out of a job, his former employer said Sunday.

Joe Rickey Hundley, 60, of Hayden, Idaho, is no longer an employee of AGC Aerospace and Defense, Composites Group, Daniel Keeney of DPK Public Relations confirmed Sunday night.

Al Haase, president and CEO of AGC, issued a statement early Sunday that, while not referring to Hundley by name, called reports of behavior by one of its executives on recent personal travel “offensive and disturbing” and said he “is no longer employed with the company.” Keeney would not say whether Hundley was fired or resigned. Hundley was president of AGC’s Unitech Composites and Structures unit.

Hundley was charged last week in federal court in Atlanta with simple assault for allegedly slapping the 2-year-old boy during the Feb. 8 flight. His attorney, Marcia Shein, of Decatur, Ga., said Saturday that Hundley will plead not guilty. The charge carries a maximum penalty of a year in jail.

Shein did not immediately returned messages seeking comment left Sunday evening by The Associated Press. Hundley does not have a listed phone number.

The boy’s mother, Jessica Bennett, 33, told the FBI their flight was on final descent into Atlanta when her 19-month-old son started to cry due to the altitude change. Hundley “told her to shut that (N-word) baby up,” FBI special agent Daron Cheney said in a sworn statement. She said Hundley then slapped him in the face, scratching the boy below his right eye and causing him to scream even louder.

Bennett told Twin Cities television stations on Saturday that the incident has caused her family a great deal of trauma and that her son, Jonah, had been outgoing but had turned apprehensive of strangers.

Hundley became increasingly obnoxious and appeared intoxicated during the flight and complained that her son was too big to sit on her lap, she said.

“He reeked of alcohol,” Bennett told KARE-TV. “He was belligerent, and I was uncomfortable.”

Bennett said she was shocked by the racial slur she says Hundley used when Jonah started crying.

“And I said, ‘What did you say?’ because I couldn’t believe that he would say that,” she told WCCO-TV. “He fell onto my face and his mouth was in my ear and he said it again but even more hateful. And he’s on my face, so I pushed him away.”

Bennett and her husband are white, while Jonah, whom they adopted, is black.

“We wish to emphasize that the behavior that has been described is contradictory to our values, embarrassing and does not in any way reflect the patriotic character of the men and women of diverse backgrounds who work tirelessly in our business,” Haase said in his statement.

In 2013, we have forgotten the prayers of our dead forefathers who sinned against the Most High. Our forefathers understood that the condition of being enslaved under another nation, was a punishment for our sins. Their hope, and prayer, was that the Most High would forgive our sins, set us free from our oppressors and deliver us out of captivity.

By joining the white man in celebrating his Memorial Day, we dishonour the prayers of our ancestors. America's veterans include the very men who fought to keep us enslaved in the South; men who slaughtered countless Native American Indians, pushed them onto reservations; and the soldiers who destroyed and terrorized the Black community of Tulsa, Oklahoma in the 1920's.

Jeremiah 30:3 - For, lo, the days come, saith the Lord , that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the Lord : and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.

The days are coming when the Most High will show the earth that he hasn't forgotten his chosen people. To bring again the captivity of Israel and Judah, is to repay the enemies of our nation for the crimes they have committed against our nation. This will be the time when we are returned to our homeland.

If the Most High remembers our suffering and our plight, then who are we to forget? The Most High is a just God, and will not allow our enemies to go unpunished. Slavery, lynchings, raping our men and women, stealing our identity, robbing us of our heritage, and causing us to worship him as God are all crimes that the so called white man is guilty of. The only Memorial that concerns our people is remembering the pain and suffering we've endured under the white man in this land.

Proverbs 3:31 - Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways.

The Most High warned us not to envy our oppressors, and to choose none of their ways. Many of our people have family members that have served in America's armed forces. They have fought side by side to uphold the ideals of America, and assisted in the so called white man, oppressing and dominating other nations on the earth. If we listened to the voice of the Most High, read his word, and kept his laws statutes and commandments, we would've never joined ourselves to this evil Empire.

Just look at the history of our people who've joined the US armed forces. In the civil war we were put on the front lines to die to protect the Union soldiers. When the war was over we never recieved our 40 acres and a Mule. Incidents such as the Tuskegee experiments shows how the white man rewards our dedication and willingness to put our lives on the line for him. It is because of our willingness to prove our worth to the so called white man that we have been caught in the trap of American Patriotism.

Jeremiah 50:6 - My people hath been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray, they have turned them away on the mountains: they have gone from mountain to hill, they have forgotten their restingplace. [7] All that found them have devoured them: and their adversaries said, We offend not, because they have sinned against the Lord , the habitation of justice, even the Lord , the hope of their fathers.

The Most High’s people, the 12  of tribes of Israel, have been lost sheep, but it is our leaders that have led us astray. They have turned us away from the Most High and caused us to join ourselves to America. We have forgotten that our restingplace is with the Most High. All our enemies, the heathens, have played a part in our destruction. They hold themselves guiltless for our condition because it is us who have sinned against the Most High our Power. The Most High was the hope of our fathers and it is only in obeying him that we may have justice.

The Christian Church, Muslim Mosque, politicians, and prominent Blacks, Hispanics, and Native American Indians are the ones responsible for keeping our people asleep and enslaved under the white man. It is because of greedy, wicked, false prophets amongst us that we have no true knowledge of the Most High, Christ, and ourselves. This lack of knowledge has caused us to further identify ourselves with the so called white man and Am

The Truth: Can't Stop, Won't Stop!

The words coming out of the mouths of the men of the ISUPK are straight from the Most High and Christ. No matter how much we are hated, scandalized, and slandered, the truth WILL NOT BE STOPPED! Contrary to a recent report that was printed in a local Philadelphia news paper, and posted on various websites, the ISUPK will still be speaking on the corner of 16th and Chestnut St. in downtown Philadelphia, PA.

The so called white man is the Devil that the Bible speaks of. His most recent attempts to halt the spread of the truth, should be a sign to Israelites, and heathens alike, that the truth being taught on street corners, in metropolitan cities throughout this country, by the men of the ISUPK is a problem to America's status quo.

Romans 13:3 - For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: [4] For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

The so called white man is not a problem for the Home of the Truth, and the men of the Most High and Christ. The men of the ISUPK are obedient, disciplined, and we not only keep the laws of the Most High, but we keep Americas laws as well. As citizens in this country, we have rights that are protected by this government's laws. We have, and will continue to exercise our right to speak freely and peaceably assemble. The Most High will not allow the Devil to take that part away from us.

Jeremiah 18:18 - Then said they, Come, and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words. [23] Yet, Lord , thou knowest all their counsel against me to slay me : forgive not their iniquity, neither blot out their sin from thy sight, but let them be overthrown before thee; deal thus with them in the time of thine anger.

The prophets of old, as with the prophets of today, have encountered the devices of the wicked, who hate the truth. As with the prophet Jeremiah, the prophets of the ISUPK pray that the Most High sees the workers of unrighteousness attempts to stop the truth. Those who stand against the word of the Most High, stand against the Most High. Those who take offense to the truth, are offended by the Most High. We pray that destruction comes to any and all that seek to deceitfully stop the truth from being taught.

Hebrews 4:12 - For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

So called Black, Hispanic, and Native American Indians are in dire straits here in America. Much of what plagues us in this land of our oppression is a lack of self knowledge, and knowledge of our Creator. The word of the Most High is the only force great enough to deliver the children of Israel from the literal hell that we endure here in America. The white man understands, and fears the power of the Most Highs word. It is this same power that toppled his Empire of Rome in the past. This is why he will stop at almost nothing, to keep the priest and prophets of the Most High off the streets, teaching this truth.

2 Corinthians 10:4- (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds;) [5] Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; [6] And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

The weapons of our warfare are spiritual, and is the greatest threat to the physical and psychological stronghold that the Devil has over us. The job that we do here in the ISUPK, teaching and raising up the twelve tribes of Israel through the truth of the Bible, is not something that is done of the will of man. Our duty, our commands, are from the mouth of the Most High and Christ, out of the very Bible that we teach from. The dedication we have to accomplish what the Most High has ordained for us to do, is built on the very faith that granted the prophets before us, the power to heal the sick, gave sight to the blind, and raise the dead.

Matthew 10:28  And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

The father is who we fear in the ISUPK. We know that nothing can be done in this earth, without his will allowing it to come to pass. We know that by keeping his laws, statutes, and commandments, his will to raise our nation from the dust of the earth will be made manifest. Only cowards, and the unrighteous fear the consequences of coming up against the evil being done against the Most High and Christ in America. Whether it be lawsuits, counter-protest, or all out war against the men of the Most High and Christ, it is only the Father that we fear.

Isaiah 54:17  No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

Nothing can stop this truth. Regardless of how much the the white man, and those of our people that have joined him, hate the word of the Most High, this word will continue to go out. ISUPK will continue to hit any and every street corner that the Most High wills, for our people to be awaken in these last days.

"I will not mince words, Kermit Gosnell is a monster.  Any doctor who cuts into the necks severing the spinal cords of living, breathing babies, who would survive with proper medical attention, is a murderer and a monster. "

These were the words spoken by Philadelphia District Attorney, Seth Williams, after the sentencing of Dr. Kermit Gosnell on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. Kermit Gosnell was found guilty on three counts of murder; stemming from allegations that he killed babies born alive in illegal late term abortion procedures. He was sentenced to life in prison.

Webster's Dictionary defines Abortion as follows:
1 : the termination of a pregnancy after, accompanied by, resulting in, or closely followed by the death of the embryo or fetus: as
a : spontaneous expulsion of a human fetus during the first 12 weeks of gestation — compare miscarriage
b : induced expulsion of a human fetus


In America, the definition of murder has been severely obscured when it comes to the topic of abortion. On the one hand, a pregnant woman has the unobjected freedom to abort a developing child, but if someone kills a pregnant woman, they are charged with two murders. In most states, a woman is allowed an abortion up to 26 weeks, but a day beyond that is considered harmful to the child. While performing an abortion, if the doctor severs the spinal cord of the child in the womb, the abortion is ethical and a success. But in the case of Dr. Kermit Gosnell, the babies were delivered, then had their spines severed, so it was deemed murder.

By any definition, abortion is murder, Kermit Gosnell is a murderer, and deserves to be put to death for the countless lives that he's taken in his abortion clinics.

Deuteronomy 28:56 - The tender and delicate woman among you, which would not adventure to set the sole of her foot upon the ground for delicateness and tenderness, her eye shall be evil toward the husband of her bosom, and toward her son, and toward her daughter,
[57] And toward her young one that cometh out from between her feet, and toward her children which she shall bear:

So called Black, Hispanic, and Native American Indian woman used to be soft and gentle, with a kind heart and a loving spirit towards their family. The Most High warned us that a time was going to come when these women would become evil towards their men, their sons, daughters, and even the babies that come from between their feet. We are living in that time right now.

While Kermit Gosnell is a monster, and deserves the punishment that he shall receive for his crimes, nothing has been said of the woman that came to him for his services. Kermit Gosnell never forced any woman into his clinic. Every illegal abortion he performed was on a woman who volunteered to have their fully developed child ripped from their womb. The only kind of woman that could feel a child kicking in the wonb and still want to have it put to death, is an evil monster.

Job 39:16 - She is hardened against her young ones, as though they were not hers: her labour is in vain without fear;
[17] Because God hath deprived her of wisdom, neither hath he imparted to her understanding.

Unlike most animals in the wild, the Ostrich is not caring towards is young. When it comes time to lay eggs, the Ostrich is careless, and does not bury its eggs deep in the ground and away from predators. When the eggs hatch, and baby ostriches are born, the mothers do very little to care for it's young. Getting pregnant, laying eggs, and having babies means nothing for the Ostrich because it has no fear. The Most High did not give the Ostrich wisdom, and have withheld from her understanding.

Israelite woman have become like the Ostrich. They are hardened against the children growing inside of them. According to recent abortion statistics, black woman are responsible for 30% of the abortions in the US, while Hispanic woman account for 25%, that means more than half of all abortions performed in this country are our babies. The abortion rate among black woman is 2 to 1. Meaning for every two babies that are born to black women in this country, one is aborted. These statistics are harrowing, and show just how unimportant the life of a black child has become to our mothers in this country. Black, Hispanic, and Native American Indian women have been deprived of wisdom and understanding. Much like the Ostrich they have no care for their young, and all the labor that goes into delivering a life onto this earth means nothing.

Lamentations 4:3 - Even the sea monsters draw out the breast, they give suck to their young ones: the daughter of my people is become cruel, like the ostriches in the wilderness.

The Most High is comparing our women to sea monsters. Even sea monster's (whales, sharks, squids) feed and nourish their young ones. The daughters of the Most Highs people, the twelve tribes of Israel, so called Blacks, Hispanics, and Native American Indians, have become cruel towards their children.

Our women are worse than the great monsters of the ocean, even they have care for the lives of their children. Since 1973, more Blacks have lost their lives to abortion than any other killer of our people in this country. Gun violence, heart disease, diabetes, AIDS, and cancer, COMBINED, has not claimed the number of lives as abortion amongst blacks. There is no bigger monster in America today than the black woman who kills her child.

Isaiah 49:15 - Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.

Everyday in this country, our woman forget their children. They have no compassion on the seed of their womb. Although our woman have forgotten their children, the Most High will not forget.

Since 1973, it had been estimated that 17 million black babies have been aborted. Of the 3,315 babies aborted each day in America, somewhere between 1,600 and 2,000 are Black or Hispanic. This adds up to at least, half a million abortions of Black, and Hispanic children every year in this country. A sad fact is that the most dangerous place for a black child is in their mothers womb.

Kermit Gosnell was trained and fully licensed to murder children. His crime was violating the white man's law of when that murder is appropriate. The biggest tragedy in this story is that the mothers of these children have gone free. Not only that but they have been heralded as victims. How can Gosnell serve life in prison for providing illegal services, but the woman who sought him out go unpunished?

There is an all out war being waged against our future generations. Planned Parenthood and the pro-choice movement, from its inception, has been geared towards the genocide of Blacks, Hispanics, and Native American Indian children. Testimony from the Kermit Gosnell murder trial has publicized a previously private side of the abortion clinic. Exposing the truly heinous aspects of the baby murdering business.

Now is the time for Black, Hispanic, and Native American Indian women to wake up. Stop letting the so called white man murder our children. If you feel you aren't readyto be a parent, or don't want children, STOP HAVING SEX! There is no excuse or reason to get an abortion. If you get pregnant and you don't want the child, instead of getting an abortion, bring the child to the ISUPK, and we'll raise that child to serve the Most High and Christ.

The daughter is named ‘Caylee LaTanya Burgess-Allen.' The church had a formal CELEBRATION of the pastor's new family - to celebrate it.

Howard Univ. Lawyers Tell Supreme Court Outlawing Gay Marriage is Like Outlawing Interracial Marriage

Howard University School of Law,  the oldest of any historically black college, has filed an amicus brief encouraging the Supreme Court to overturn Proposition 8.

The brief, filed by the Civil Rights Clinic at the school, offers examples which demonstrate that complaints against  gay marriage are nothing more than rehashings of arguments that were used to outlaw interracial marriage, until the issue was finally decided in the case of Loving v. Virginia:

In the Jim Crow era, the denial of marriage rights to interracial couples served as one of the most potent symbols of the less-than-equal status of  African-Americans. As recently as 1967, sixteen states still had anti-miscegenation statutes on their books; the last such statute was not officially repealed until 2000. Opponents of interracial marriage justified criminal prohibitions against such unions by pointing to the purported detrimental effect of interracial births and parentage, the supposed destruction of society if people marry between the races, and the so-called natural law rationale for keeping the races separate.

While public debate over interracial unions has generally died since Loving v. Virginia, today the opposition to marriage for same-s*x couples relies on arguments strikingly similar to those raised in opposition to interracial marriage. Without acknowledging the racial provenance of these discredited arguments, opponents of marriage equality have attacked same-s*x couples as a threat to American society, American families and heterosexual marriage, as an affront to the laws of God and nature, and as a menace to their children.

 The Howard University brief goes on to provide numerous examples which demonstrate that anti-LGBT marriage advocates are using the very same arguments that they used against interracial marriage.

Founder: Worker killed by lion was female intern

DUNLAP, Calif. — A female intern-volunteer was killed Wednesday by a lion at a private wild animal park in Central California, and authorities were trying to determine what might have caused the fatal attack.

Cat Haven founder and executive director Dale Anderson was crying as he read a one-sentence statement about the fatal mauling at the exotic animal zoo he has operated since 1993.

The 26-year-old intern was attacked and killed when she entered the lion's enclosure, Anderson said, but he refused to provide more details.

Sheriff's deputies responding to an emergency call from Cat Haven, in the Sierra Nevada foothills about 45 miles east of Fresno, found the woman severely injured and still lying inside the enclosure with the lion nearby, Fresno County sheriff's Lt. Bob Miller said.

Another park worker had unsuccessfully tried luring the lion into a separate pen, so deputies shot and killed it so they could reach the wounded woman, who died at the scene, Miller said.

Investigators were trying to determine why the intern was inside the enclosure and what might have provoked the attack, sheriff's Sgt. Greg Collins said. The facility is normally closed on Wednesdays, and only one other worker was there when the mauling happened, he said.

The male African lion, a 4-year-old male named Cous Cous, had been raised at Cat Haven since it was a cub, said Tanya Osegueda, a spokeswoman for Project Survival, the nonprofit that operates the animal park.

Since the 100-acre facility just west of Kings Canyon National Park opened two decades ago, it has housed numerous big cats, including tigers, leopards and other exotic species. It is permitted to house exotic animals by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and is regulated as a zoo by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Results of the last 13 USDA inspections show no violations dating back to March 2010. The most recent inspection was Feb. 4.

Despite state regulations requiring annual inspections, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife most recently inspected the facility in January 2011, when the inspector found it in "good condition" after checking animal health and features such as enclosures.

"We have to do the best we can with the resources we're provided," said department spokeswoman Jordan Traverso. "Regardless of whether it was inspected, that wouldn't have prevented this from happening."

Department spokeswoman Janice Mackey said she was unaware if any state regulations would prohibit an employee from entering an exotic animal's enclosure.

Cat Haven's current "restricted species" permit, which expires in November, states the park was authorized to house 47 animals but had only 28. The animals must be used for scientific or educational purposes.

Actress Tippi Hedren, who founded the Shambala Preserve in Southern California, home to 53 seized or abandoned exotic pets, expressed dismay over the killing of the lion.

"It wasn't the lion's fault. It's the human's fault always," Hedren said.

Nicole Paquette, vice president of the Humane Society of the United States, said the victim of Wednesday's attack should never have been in the enclosure with the animal.

"These are big cats that are extremely dangerous, and they placed a volunteer in the actual cage with a wild animal," she said. "That should have never happened."

Officials at another big cat sanctuary, Big Cat Rescue in Tampa, Fla., told The Associated Press last year that at least 21 people, including five children, have been killed and 246 mauled by exotic cats in the United States since 1990. Over that period, 254 cats escaped and 143 were killed.

In 2007, a tiger at the San Francisco Zoo was killed by police after jumping out of its enclosure and fatally mauling a 17-year-old boy and injuring two other people.

Cat Haven has housed Bengal tigers, jaguars and leopards as well as bobcats native to the area. The facility's website says it promotes conservation and preservation of wild cats in their native habitats and offers visitors tours and educational outreach.

Anderson said Project Survival would investigate to see if the intern and the other worker on-site followed the group's protocols. Deacon in child porn charge was former schools worker

Archdiocese has suspended St. Joseph's Catholic Church deacon

A longtime deacon at a Fullerton church was charged Friday with possessing "numerous files of child pornography," Baltimore County police said.

William Steven Albaugh, 67, a deacon at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church on Belair Road, was arrested at his Nottingham home at 7:45 a.m. Police had searched Albaugh's Treadway Court home and said they found images of children on his Verizon Online account and on thumb drives.

Police do not believe that children at St. Joseph's were victims.

Albaugh declined to comment when reached by phone Friday.

He told police he has viewed child pornography since the 1970s, when he would go to adult bookstores in Baltimore, according to charging documents. Albaugh told police he saved the images to his computer but said he would never harm a child, the documents say.

Police said they recovered numerous files, including graphic images and videos.

According to a statement from the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Albaugh was ordained in 1996 and assigned to St. Joseph Church . He has been suspended from the church.

"Neither the parish nor the Archdiocese has received any prior allegations against Mr. Albaugh, who successfully fulfilled all of the child & youth protection requirements of the Archdiocese, including a criminal history screening," the statement said.

The archdiocese is working to inform church members, the statement said, and encourages anyone to report abuse.

Albaugh previously retired in 2009 from Baltimore County Public Schools, where he worked for 21 years for the physical facilities office, in a position supporting the schools and offices with electronic machinery and equipment, said schools spokesman, Charles Herndon.

Detectives began investigating Albaugh after Verizon Online notified the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that Albaugh, a subscriber, had stored images of children engaged in sexual acts on the online cloud storage system, police said.

Police recovered two CPU towers, a laptop computer, multiple storage devices and an iPad. Albaugh told police that he used the tablet to view nudist websites that include pictures of children, according to charging documents.

Detectives located the images on his home computer under the use profile name "Bill," the document said.

St. Joseph's is scheduled to hold a meeting at the church for parishioners and school families at 7 p.m. Monday. Officials from the archdiocese will be present to answer questions, according to the church website.

Albaugh was released on $75,000 bond. The investigation is continuing, police said.

Dems say sequester will hurt blacks, women more than others

Members of the Congressional Black Caucus said Monday night that the $85 billion in cuts to federal spending known as the sequester will disproportionately affect blacks and other minorities, in part because they are more likely to work for the government.

"Sequestration will impact everyone, but it will have a particularly harmful effect on communities of color who were hit first and worst by the great recession, and have yet to significantly feel the effects of the recovery," Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) said Monday.

"Federal budget cuts under sequestration would quickly mean cuts to federal, state and local public sector jobs, which disproportionately employ women and African Americans."

Lee said in 2011, employed blacks were 20 percent of the federal, state and local public sector workforce, and women were 50 percent more likely to work in the public sector.

Lee was joined by Del. Donna Christensen (D-V.I.), who agreed that cuts to public sector jobs would hurt blacks disproportionately.

"African Americans are more likely to work in the public sector, where the jobs are going to be cut," she said. "We already have the highest unemployment, and will be severely hurt by the reduction in unemployment benefits."

Lee cited several other reasons why the sequester will hurt, from a study conducted by the Center for American Progress. That study said minorities would be hurt by cuts to long-term unemployment benefits, workforce development programs, early childhood grants, youth job programs, healthcare research and home heating assistance under the LIHEAP program. America's Prison Industrial Complex

In the United States of America, crime pays. Literally. America's prison industrial complex, is one of the largest and more popular revenue generating, business investment fields in the world. Mostly all prisons in the USA, operate and are funded on a per-inmate basis; the more prisoners you house, the more money you make. Back in 2011, a District Court judge in Pennsylvania, was arrested, tried in court, convicted, and sentenced to 28 years in federal prison. What was his crime? Well essentially, the former judge was part of a "kids for cash" scheme; in which he received money from a Pennsylvania Juvenile detention center developer, in exchange for ensuring the centers stayed occupied.

Now, why is it 2013 (two years later) and you've never heard this story? Where was the out cry for justice? Where was Al Sharpton, and Jesse Jackson with the public protests, picket signs, and "we shall overcome" rallies? Where there is no money to be made, so called Negro leaders are no where to be found.

Deuteronomy 28:68 - And the Lord shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you.

The Most High told the children of Israel after Moses brought them out of captivity that they would go into Egypt, a Greek word which means "house of bondage” again, for a second time. This time they would go by way of ships, unlike the way they walked into the land of their captivity 400 years earlier. They were told that they would not see their homeland again and that they would be sold to their ENEMIES to be slave men and slave woman and that no man would buy them, or set them free.

Israelites today are under the illusion that we are free in America. Since when did slavery cease to exist in this country? One of the biggest lies, and misconceptions that have been perpetrated in this country concerns the Emancipation Proclamation, and the 13th Amendment to the US Constitution.

The 13th Amendment to the Constitution declared that "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."

This 13th Amendment allowed slaves the freedom to leave the cotton and tobacco fields of the South, so that they could slave in the factories and industrial parks of the North. It also gave the Southern slave owners their key to keeping their fields full of workers. The 13th Amendment gave way to laws known as the Black Codes to be passed in the south. These laws made such things as "looking a white man in his eyes" a crime, that if convicted, could carry a sentence of 5 years working in the field.

Isaiah 42:22 - But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison houses: they are for a prey, and none delivereth; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore.

So called Blacks, Hispanics, and Native American Indians, the twelve tribes of Israel, are a people that have been raped, robbed, and destroyed. We are caught in a trap called the American Judicial System, and hidden in prison houses. We are the hunted, and no one delivers us from the hunter. We are the spoiled and no one has restored what was taken from us.

There are more Blacks, Hispanics and Native American Indians in prison today, then there were slaves in 1863 (year of Emancipation Proclamation). This is because there has been a calculated effort, on the part of our oppressors to keep us in slavery. Prison statistics show that the number of inmates in US prisons rose from approximately 300,00 in 1972, to over 2 million in the year 2000. There's no coincidence that this time frame coincides with America's so called war on drugs.

The incarceration rate for African-Americans is 1,815 per 100,000 compared to 609 per 100, 000 for Latino-Americans, and 235 per 100, 000 for American whites. For black adult males the incarceration rate is a remarkable 4, 484 per 100,000, compared 1, 668 per 100,000 for Hispanic males and 1,318 per 100,000 for white males. Roughly one in ten of the world’s prisoners is an African-American male. In mid-year 1999, 11 percent of Black US males in their 20s and early 30s were in prison and 33 percent of Black male high school dropouts were in prison or in jail.


Deuteronomy 28:50 - A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young:

The so called white man, who is the Devil that the Bible speaks of, is a nation with a fearful reputation, and hateful disposition towards the children of Israel. This nation has shown no favor, neither have they regarded the old or the young of our people.

Former Pennsylvania judge Mark Ciavarella Jr. was convicted of illegally accepting money from a juvenile-prison developer while he spent years incarcerating thousands of young adults. He quite literally was "selling" children to privately funded prison, and juvenile detention centers. In the years from 2003-2008 it was found that over 5,000 children, some as young as age 10, had been denied their constitutional rights and illegally jailed.

Especially chilling is a statistical model used by the Bureau of Justice Statistics at the turn of the 21st century to determine the lifetime chances of incarceration for individuals in different racial and ethnic groups. Based on current rates, it predicts that a young Black man age 16 in 1996 faced a 29 percent chance of spending time in prison during his life. The corresponding statistic for white men in the same age group was 4 percent.

Nahum 3:10 - ... and they cast lots for her honourable men, and all her great men were bound in chains.

The so called white man, who is the Devil that the Bible speaks of, has gambled against the Most Highs chosen people, and for the moment is winning. The policies of the CIA, FBI, and the American Justice system on a whole, has our young, strong men bound in prison.

Though we only make up about 13% of the US population, Blacks account for over 50% of today's 2 million plus prisoners. In the years from 1980 to 2000 the number of Black men in jail or prison rose 500%. In the year 2002 there were more black men in jail, than were enrolled in college or universities in America.

For human rights organizations around the world, the prison industrial complex in America is seen as the greatest human rights tragedy in modern history. Slavery, under the 13th Amendment, has become like a pot of gold at the end of a artificially created rainbow. For big business tycoons that have invested in the privatization of America's prisons, "renting" out inmates to labor for their companies has become the greatest way to cut cost. They don’t have to worry about strikes or paying unemployment insurance, vacations or comp time. All of their workers are full-time, and never arrive late or are absent because of family problems; moreover, if they don’t like the pay of 25 cents an hour and refuse to work, they are locked up in isolation cells.

Isaiah 33:1 - Woe to thee that spoilest, and thou wast not spoiled; and dealest treacherously, and they dealt not treacherously with thee! when thou shalt cease to spoil, thou shalt be spoiled; and when thou shalt make an end to deal treacherously, they shall deal treacherously with thee.

Destruction is coming to America, and the so called white man, because he has spoiled, rapped, and robbed, the children of Israel, and no one spoiled him. The so called white man has dealt treacherously against so called Blacks, Hispanics, and Native American Indians, while we have been forced to love him, serve his country, worship his Gods, and be his servants. For the evil has been perpetuated against us, when the time comes for our oppressors to seek peace with us; we will then spoil and deal treacherously with them.

Here in the Israelite school of Universal Practical Knowledge, we care about our people, the chosen people of the Most High, so called Black's, Hispanics, and Native American Indians. That is why we bring these issues to the forefront and deal with the real problems that are plaguing our people. It is because of the love we have for our people, that we have been lebeled racist, and a hate group. Let's be clear about one thing, hatred and racism only matters when you have power and authority over those you despise. The so called white man has perfected his hatred and racism towards our people; amongst many other things, the prison industrial complex in this country is an horrifying example.

In the court case which was the focus of this editorial, the prison developer, found guilty of paying off the Pennsylvania judge, got sentenced to only 18 months in a minimum security prison. America was founded and built on the institution of slavery, and it is slavery which continues its growth today.

Now is the time for us to wake up and take a stand against this great evil destroying our nation. The only protection against the white man's plot to put us all back in chains is keeping the laws, statutes, and commandments of the Most High and Christ. Serving the Most High and following Christ, includes keeping the laws of the land.
