"They are trying to scare me. I have no intention to leave the country. I am not going to resign, I'm the legitimately elected president... What we see today is a coup — I did everything to prevent the bloodshed. We adopted two amnesty laws. We did everything to stabilize the political situation... I will do everything to protect my country from breakup, to stop bloodshed,"
These are the words spoken by Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, amidst days of violent and bloody anti-government protest in the Capitol city of Kiev. The protests first broke out in November following Yanukovych's unwillingness to sign a trade deal with the European Union and instead accept financial help from Russia.
The protests remained largely peaceful until January, when up to five were killed. Then again, the violence escalated earlier after the president's forces attacked protesters following a broken truce, leaving dozens dead. Protesters in the Ukrainian capital claimed full control of the city on Saturday following the signing of a Western-brokered peace deal aimed at ending the nation’s three-month political crisis.
The nation’s embattled president reportedly fled the capital for his support base in Ukraine’s Russia-leaning east.
Mark 13:7 - And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.
8 - For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.
Chris warned his disciples about what would come in the last days before he returned. He said that they would hear about wars, and that there would be rumors of more wars but that they shouldn't be troubled because the end wouldn't be yet. Nation will rise against nation, Kingdom against Kingdom, earthquakes will hit in strange places, and famines and disasters will be the beginning of sorrows.
What we see going on in Ukraine is just the latest piece in the prophetic puzzle of national uprisings. Following in the footsteps of Greece, Egypt, Libya, and Syria, the situation in Ukraine has serious implications for all of Europe.
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych says he is not prepared to resign and accuses his opponents of staging a fascist coup. Yanukovych is calling on international observers and mediators to stop the opposition to his government. Comparing what's going on in Ukraine to the rise of Hitler in fascist Germany, Yanukovych said
“This is not an opposition, these are bandits... We are seeing a repetition of the Nazi overthrow of the 1930s in Germany... I won't resign"
In Ukraine, as was the case with the "Arab Spring" uprisings throughout the Middle East, last year, Pro-Western intelligence agencies (CIA, MI-6) are supporting and sponsoring the opposition forces trying to over throw the Pro-Russian government. Similar to the tactics used by America and the old Soviet Union following WWII. What were seeing today is the newest phase of the old Cold War.
Ezekiel 38:2 - Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, 3 - And say, Thus saith the Lord God ; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
4 - And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:
Ezekiel prophesied against the land of Russia and Eastern Europe. The prophecy is that in the last days the Most High would turn the inhabitants of these lands, their governments, armies, and military forces back to an old path, or direction. The fulfillment of this prophecy is the old Soviet Union reuniting, and turning back to communism and it's anti-American policies.
In recent years, Russian and American interest have openly clashed during international conflicts. Russia took a soft stance against NATO's military intervention in Libya, and saw a powerful ally fall. With Syria however, the Russians took a hard stance in support of the ruling government, sending military support in the form of weapons and equipment which helped the country fight off American funded anti-gov't forces.
Ukraine has long served as a buffer between Russia and Western Europe, and in today's shaky political climate, Russia can't stand to lose this valuable ally. If Ukraine falls to the West it'll put a huge dent in Russia's formation of a Eurasian Union, which is slated to include Ukraine, China, and Iran as it's top allies.
Janusz Bugajski, a Washington foreign policy analyst has reported that President Obama spoke to Vladimir Putin for about an hour last Friday, but "there's not been any strong statement by the European Union or the U.S. deterring Russia, telling them any intervention will be unacceptable and there will be consequences from the West."
Jeremiah 51:1 - Thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will raise up against Babylon, and against them that dwell in the midst of them that rise up against me, a destroying wind;
The Most High is responsible for Vladimir Putin, and his supporters rising up against America, and standing in the way of the Western powers plans to takeover Ukraine. The spirit of war is the Most Highs destroying wind that is being blown in all directions to cause the coming world war 3.
The only end game for the West in the Middle East is war with Russia, China, and eventually Iran. This uprising in Ukraine is just another step towards someone on either side of the conflict pushing the button.
Habakkuk 1:5 - Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvelously: for I will work a work in your days which ye will not believe, though it be told you.
The Most High has always chosen prophets to declare his actions on the earth before they come to pass. As with the prophets of today, the prophets of old were largely ignored by the majority because their words of warning from the Most High were thought to be imaginative and unlikely. As in the time of the prophet Habakkuk the Most High wants those of Israel that are among the heathen to watch, and be astonished at the work that the Most High will work in our days, even though he knows the prophecy of it will not be believed by many.
No one believed Noah while he built the ark and gave warning of the coming rain but they marveled when the rain came. Pharaoh didn’t believe the power of Moses was greater than his; he refused to let the children of Israel go then watches in shock and horror when all the firstborn sons of Egypt fell dead and his army drowned in the Red Sea. Christ warned our nation that Jerusalem would be destroyed by the Romans, those who didn’t believe him remained in Israel and in 70 AD were starved to death and slaughtered when Roman General Vespasian and his son Titus put an end to our nation. Since 1969 the men of the ISUPK have prophesied the coming of WW3, and soon we will watch as the Most High brings forth an amazing destruction of the enemies of our people.
