Master P Accused of Kidnapping His Own Kids

The divorce proceedings between Master P and his estranged wife Sonya Miller are getting very nasty. In new court documents, Sonya Miller alleges the No Limit General abuducted three of their minor children and she’s worried to death about them.

Sonya Miller went to court and requested an emergency custody order. She wants their three children returned to her care immediately. Sonya claims Master P got the kids in his custody by picking them up from school and never bringing them to her. She says Master P, real name Percy Miller, picked up their 13-year-old son Hercy from school in February and then did the same thing with their nine-year-old son Mercy the next month. As for their seventeen-year-old daughter Italy, she ran away from Sonya’s house to go live with her dad and refuses to return to Sonya’s care.

Despite being estranged for a few years, a custody agreement was never put in place. Since there is no custody or visitation agreement, Sonya Miller wants the judge to award her full custody, at least until a permanent solution can be found.

The judge denied Sonya Miller’s request for emergency custody, but did schedule a custody hearing for July. We’ll se how things pan out then.
