MAN ARRESTED FOR RAPING A 15-YEAR-OLD BOY IN McDONALD’S BATHROOM

A Texas man sexually assaulted a 15-year-old boy in the bathroom of a McDonald’s, police say.

Marques Elder, 29, was arrested on Friday, accused of abusing the boy at the Lake Highlands fast food restaurant, according to the Dallas News.

He’s been charged with indecency with a child, a felony, according to CBS-DFW. Police are asking witnesses to step forward.

Elder is currently in the Lew Sterrett jail. He has previously been arrested for forging a check in Dallas County.
