Man who said “I’m not Gay no more” is being threatened with a lawsuit from the COGIC Church

Andrew Caldwell

Andrew Caldwell is an interesting character, to say the least.  Caldwell, who is a member of the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) gained instant fame by proclaiming proudly that “I’m not gay no more!” in front of a large COGIC gathering.
After telling the audience that he is no longer gay, Caldwell then stated that he will not carry a purse and will love a woman.  The video went viral across the Internet, and he became the laughing stock of the world.  He even spoke in tongues on stage and did a really interesting dance that had people falling out of their seats laughing.  Memes have been made about him, and he’s been the talk of the nation.
Caldwell seems to believe that the world is laughing with him, not at him.  After the video went viral, the young man took his shining moment, put it to a background of music and then released it in itunes.  So much for doing things for the glory of God, it appears that he wants some of that glory for himself.
Apparently, Caldwell was not aware of something called “copyright law.”  The COGIC church isn’t happy to hear that he’s been using their name and music to build his own brand, and they’ve told him to cease his activities immediately. According to TMZ, if he doesn’t change his ways very quickly, they are going to take him to court.  They also feel that he’s making a “mockery” out of the services on that day by promoting it for his own personal gain.

Leviticus 20:
13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Isaiah 3:
9 The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves.
