A black judge takes a stand for justice, and now they want his job

For the past several weeks, Kentucky Judge Olu Stevens has been under fire for sustaining a motion that removed a nearly all-white jury panel and replacing it with one that was more diverse.  The original jury panel had only one African American out of 41 total members, leading Judge Stevens to eventually sustain a motion to have the jury evaluated for its lack of diversity.
