Welfare Applicants in West Virginia to Undergo Drug Tests before Receiving any Assistance




Welfare recipients of West Virginia could possibly lose their benefits if they fail a mandatory drug test.


The controversial measure which was enacted by Governor Early Ray Tomblin goes into effect in June according to reports.
