How did we miss this one?
Difficult story coming in from Dallas and perhaps a story that got lost in the headlines in the Emanuel AME coverage. A 14 year of pregnant teen was beaten by her own family in order to induce an abortion, after they discovered that she was pregnant for another family member. A witness told police that the girl was impregnated by another family member and when the other family members discovered that she was pregnant they held her down and beat her repeatedly in the stomach.
